2). swim/run - this one eh got barrier to overcome one but after that not bad la sense of satisfaction and really helps to clear my thoughts.

oh well at least i have the 7 oclock show to look forward to every weekday. who says we can't live on a diet of hope? well maybe we can't but we sure can't live without it as well... oh mm was jodi picoult the one who came up with the happiness quotient equation? happiness = reality/expectation. and hope quotion is expectation/reality. smth like that can't remember. the island. the mirage in the distance. the thing that keeps us going on. maybe that's why so many of us live so much in expectations that we neglect reality. thus, happiness drops. this is like Le Chatelier's Principle.
